Rainbow Mountain Horseback Riding Itinerary – Vinicunca Day Tour from Cusco
Time to pick you up is by 4.30am then we ride our private transport for 2 hours, through a paved road, then, we arrive at the restaurant, where we have some breakfast. Then we keep riding our transport fro an hour to the beginning of the road.
Here, we ride our horses for an hour and 20 minutes uphill with some gentle parts, then we hike for 20 minutes uphill to the official viewpoint of the rainbow mountains located at 5200 masl ( 17060ft ).
After some photos and enjoying the views, we are back to the horses place, hiking downhill for 20 minutes, then we ride our horses again for an hour and 15 minutes to the car place, then we ride our private transport for an hour to the lunch place.
Afterward, back to Cusco city for 2 hours drive, and then we drop you off at your place or hotels in Cusco city

Book Your Rainbow Mountain Horseback Riding Tour from Cusco Today
To confirm your booking, you need to send us a deposit of US$20 through our PayPal account. Please note that PayPal charges a 7% fee on any transfer, which is paid by the sender. For this reason, the total amount you need to send is US$22.

How much is a horse ride Rainbow Mountain in Peru?
Usually, the horse prices are handled by the local people of rainbow mountain named Quechuas, they are living culture people, and the prices vary according to the demand of the tourists.
The normal price is 120 soles round trip to the rainbow mountain, but sometimes this price could change if there are many tourists, and there are no horses.
Also, the horses do not reach to the viewpoint of rainbow mountain Vinicunca, you have to walk about 20 minutes uphill to the official viewpoint of the rainbow mountain.
And, one way up the horse for an hour is 70 soles, then you can come back hiking the way back, after rainbow mountain Vinicunca, because is gentle downhill trail, and some part of the road is flat too.
