Pickup time is at 5:00 a.m. We then travel from Cusco for 2 hours and 25 minutes along a paved road, passing through beautiful farming valleys. After that, we continue on a dirt road for 1 hour and 35 minutes until we reach the beginning of the trail to Palccoyo Rainbow Mountain.
Next, we hike gently uphill for about 1 hour and 20 minutes, passing several viewpoints, until we reach the final viewpoint located at 4,900 meters above sea level (16,076 ft).
Afterward, we hike gently downhill for about 40 minutes back to the vehicle, then return to Cusco by car in approximately 3 hours and 45 minutes, with drop-off at your hotel.
