We have this local food tasting in a day tour Cusco, mainly we pick you up at your hotel by 9:00 am, then we go to some local restaurants and try eating all the Peruvian food, according to your diet. Here, we have the following plates to taste in Cusco and drinks, desserts:
1) Lomo saltado
The ingredients to prepare this delicious dish are beef, salt, pepper, cumin, onion, garlic, green chili, red or white vinegar, tomato, parsley, potatoes, and oil. Sometimes the silao and a splash of pisco are the perfect touch to put a piece of this delicious delicacy in your mouth.
2) Quinua soup
Quinoa soup is a dish originally from the Andes. In addition to quinoa, this soup includes ingredients such as potatoes, long onion, peanuts, milk and, depending on the region and taste, red meat (pork or beef) or white meat (chicken) is added, as well as grated cheese. This Andean recipe has a great value of proteins, fibers, minerals, and vitamins.
3) Chaufa de quinua
Quinoa is a cereal of Andean origin; which comes from the Chenopodium and Amaranthaceae families. Compared to other cereals, this has a greater amount of protein, which is why it is considered a superfood worldwide. Usually, this dish is boiled and fried quinoa and is accompanied by ham pieces and Chinese onion.
4) Aji de gallina
Ají de gallina is a typical dish of Peruvian cuisine, specifically from the coast, which consists of a chili or thick cream with shredded chicken breast. This cream is served with cooked potatoes, and sometimes with white rice. It is common to replace the hen with chicken.
5) Ceviche

6) Adobo de chancho

7) Chicha morada drink
Chicha morada is an extremely refreshing drink whose preparation is based on a Peruvian ingredient that is purple corn. This is boiled with pineapple, cloves, and cinnamon, once filtered the only thing left to do is add sugar, cut fruits such as apple and lemon.

To confirm your booking, you need to send us a deposit of US$20 through our PayPal account. Please note that PayPal charges a 7% fee on any transfer, which is paid by the sender. For this reason, the total amount you need to send is US$22.
